These Text Messaging Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern text messages sent by Circle L Transport, including messages delivered through Alvys or another communications or transportation-management platform.

1. PROGRAM NAME

2. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Circle L Transport may send text messages concerning:

• Load assignments and dispatch instructions.
• Pickup, delivery, appointment, and schedule information.
• Check-in and check-out reminders.
• Proof-of-delivery, bill-of-lading, fuel receipt, scale ticket, and other document requests.
• Driver, owner-operator, customer, applicant, vendor, or account communications.
• Safety, service, billing, payment, and operational notifications.

3. CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages, you authorize Circle L Transport to send recurring operational and informational text messages to the number provided, including messages sent using automated technology.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

4. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on load activity, dispatch needs, service activity, account activity, and your relationship with Circle L Transport.

5. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging and data plan.

6. OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. To begin receiving messages again, you must provide consent again.

8. CARRIERS AND DELIVERY

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed.

9. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Mobile information, mobile opt-in data, and text messaging consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You must be the account holder for the mobile number provided or have authorization from the account holder to enroll. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current and for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

Circle L Transport may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the text messaging program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
